Regardless of our age and of how much we care for our skin, blackheads can occur to anyone and they aren’t a pleasure to anyone. If you are struggling frequently with this issue, here are three recipes based on products from your kitchen, which can help you get rid of those ugly blackheads.
- Milk and lemon juice
These two ingredients that are rich in antioxidants will help you cleanse the pores of all impurities that can cause blackheads and pimples. The cleaning solution is prepared by adding in a glass of warm milk a few drops of fresh lemon juice. Apply it on clean skin and gently massage a few minutes, then leave it on for about 10 minutes. Finally, rinse your face with warm water. This lotion can be used every time you need to get rid of blackheads.
- Yogurt and orange zest
Citrus fruit may do wonders for your skin, so you can enter with confidence in your beauty routine. To prepare this mask, add two tablespoons of finely chopped orange peel with four tablespoons of yogurt. Mix until you get a homogeneous substance. Apply the paste on your face and massage gently with circular movements at least 2-3 minutes. This is also great for skin lacking vitality.
- Milk and gelatin
Put a tablespoon of milk in a glass which can be placed in the microwave and then add a tablespoon of gelatin powder and mix well, until the mixture becomes coarse.
Then let the cup in the microwave for 10 seconds on average step.
After the mixture cools, take a makeup brush and apply it on the nose.
Let it dry for approximately 10 minutes, then remove it carefully. If you look you will notice blackheads and impurities accumulated on the strip.
Besides these treatments, remember that to get rid of blackheads, it is very important to respect skincare routine.
Respect these three steps:
- Cleanse the skin thoroughly, preferably with a lotion that contains salicylic acid, which helps treat and prevent blackheads. This must have both antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.
- Use a toner containing totarol(from Totara tree, which is antimicrobial). This closes the pores and restores the skin’s natural pH.
- Use a moisturizer with little fat, preferably containing hyaluronic acid which deeply moisturizes.
