  1. Adopt proper diet

You’re running on a treadmill in vain for hours, if you eat sausages and pastries. The key to success lies in eating the right foods in the right quantities.

Your diet should include fruits and vegetables high in fiber, such as apples, strawberries, plums, beans, broccoli, carrots and cauliflower. Eat many low-fat proteins such as chicken and fish, and complex carbohydrates like brown rice, whole wheat, leafy green vegetables, whole pasta, etc.

Say goodbye (at least for 3 months) to fried foods, fast food, sugar and processed foods.

  1. Detoxification is the secret

A flat stomach is the result of a healthy detox with liquids. Try lemonade without sugar, natural fruit juices or fresh fruit juices. It is important for the fruits in question not to be preserved or processed in any way. Choose one day of the week in which to have a liquid-based diet.

The first step of detoxification is to drink in the morning a glass of warm water with the juice of half a lemon. This way, the colon shall be issued of residues and you shall get rid of toxins.

Then drink 200 ml of juice from fruits and vegetables (organic), each 4 hours, alternated with one cup of tea of burdock, dandelion leaves or red clover.

  1. Do the right exercises

Exercises as classic crunches have no effect on abdominal fat. Cardio exercises are more suitable in this respect.  Jogging, aerobics or brisk walks will thinner your waistline faster.

  1. Sleep well

If you rest enough, your body will get rid of excess fat faster. In one study, people who slept at least six hours per night were less prone to belly fat compared to those who slept less.
